Motorcycles - product certification

•  China Mandatory Product Certification (CCC Certification)

China Compulsory Certification (CCC) system, is a legal framework widely adopted to protect consumer rights and ensure the safety of consumers' lives and property. CQC is the largest CCC certification body for automotive products in China.

• Resource-saving product certification

Resource Conservation Product Certification is one of the voluntary product certification conducted by CQC. Currently, CQC offers this certification for motorcycles and electric bicycles that meet the following criteria:

1. Motorcycles: L3 (internal combustion engine + electric drive), L4 (internal combustion engine), and L5 (internal combustion engine) categories, which are applicable for use on roads in China and have obtained the national mandatory product certification.

2. Electric bicycles: Only electric drive, and have obtained the national mandatory product certification.

Motorcycles - Technical Evaluation

• Appraisal and evaluation of motorcycle design

The certification body intervenes during the product planning and development stage of motorcycle manufacturing companies. They assess and evaluate crucial aspects of the company's development process, taking into account the design process, prototype production, and testing capabilities. Based on this assessment, a customized certification plan is developed for the company. The product certification process is carried out simultaneously with the product design process, resulting in an accelerated completion of the final certification timeline.

This project effectively shortens the product development cycle of the company, expedites time to market, and enhances the technical and service capabilities of CQC, thereby increasing customer loyalty.
