On September 19th, the China Quality Certification Centre (CQC) successfully held the 2024 Annual International Certification Training Session in Ningbo. With the theme of "Mastering Professional Skills Together to Outline a New Blueprint for International Certification," the training focused on newly acquired international qualifications, and the key difficulties and challenges in existing international certification businesses to over 40 personnel from CQC's contracted international certification laboratories.

The meeting reported on CQC's expansion and consolidation of state-owned qualifications and international cooperation in areas of certification and accreditation, as well as inspection and testing. Technical experts were specially invited to conduct systematic training on the revision of PSE standards, and to disseminate the latest requirements for CQC's PSE certification, GC mark certification, Oman energy efficiency certification, Oman conformity certification, Sri Lanka certification, ISCC certification, and other business areas. Additionally, in-depth discussions were held on critical issues and points of interest in international certification test reports, and details of the revision of relevant certification procedure documents were introduced.

This training not only helped participants accurately grasp the latest developments in international certification regulations but also laid a solid foundation for laboratories and CQC to improve the quality and efficiency of their international certification and testing services. In the future, CQC will continue to play a leading role as the "national team" in quality services, deepening communication and cooperation with various industry organizations to jointly promote the comprehensive optimization and upgrading of the international certification service system, and jointly outline a new blueprint for CQC's international certification business.
