In accordance with the announcement released on April 8, 2024, by the State Certification and Accreditation Administration regarding the release of the implementation rules for compulsory product certification of wires and cables (Announcement No. 7 of 2024), CQC has formulated the CQC-C2101.02-2024 "Implementation Specifications for Compulsory Product Certification - Ceramic Tile Products" in accordance with the CNCA-C21-01:2024 "Implementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification - Decorative and Renovation Products." These rules will be implemented from July 1, 2024, replacing the CQC-C2101.02-2014 "Implementation Specifications for Compulsory Product Certification - Ceramic Tile Products."

The certification requirements are as follows:

1. Starting from July 1, 2024, we will begin accepting CCC certification applications for ceramic tiles based on the new implementation rules (corresponding product category: 2102).

2. Existing CCC certificates for ceramic tiles issued under the old version of the implementation rules CNCA-C21-01:2014 "Implementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification - Decorative and Renovation Products" can continue to be used. Certificates will naturally be transitioned to the new implementation rules through methods like expiry renewal, product modifications, or standard updates.
