According to the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and General Office of the State Council on the Guiding Opinions on the Reform of Public Institutions Engaged in Production and Business Activities, China Quality Certification Centre has carried out the transformation reform accordingly, and has recently completed the industrial and commercial registration.

The main changes are as follows:

1. The name of "China Quality Certification Centre" is changed to "China Quality Certification Centre Co., Ltd.", the English abbreviation remains as "CQC".

2. The original business, assets, qualifications, creditor's rights, and debts of CQC are inherited by China Quality Certification Centre Co., Ltd.

3. From March 1, 2024 (inclusive), the company will use the new company seal and contract seal as "China Quality Certification Centre Co., Ltd.".

4. Before March 17, 2024, CQC will continue to use the original tax number and bank account. CQC will suspend bank transaction on the 18th and 19th. From March 20, 2024 (inclusive), CQC will enable the new tax number of "China Quality Certification Centre Co., Ltd. 91110106MAD9GWCP4K" and enable a new bank account (bank account details will be notified separately).

5. In particular, China Quality Certification Centre Co., Ltd. will continue to use registered trademarks of "China Quality Certification Centre" and "CQC".
