On December 23rd, the 9th Annual Conference of State-owned Assets and Enterprises Management was held in Beijing. Former Vice Minister of Finance Zhu Guangyao, Chairman of State-owned Enterprise Management Think Tank, former Chairman of the Supervisory Board of State-owned Important Large Enterprises under the State Council Ji Xiaonan, and State Councilor Du Yingfen attended the meeting and delivered speeches. China Quality Certification Centre (CQC) was invited to attend the meeting.

The conference featured an award ceremony to honor the "2023 (9th) State-owned Enterprise Management Innovation Achievements." After a rigorous three-stage evaluation process, the "New Quality Management System Construction and Implementation" led by the Deputy Managing Director Liu Gang of CQC was distinguished with the second-place award for state-owned enterprise management innovation.

In recent years, with its core focus on providing comprehensive quality services, CQC has been actively refining enterprise management practices by embracing innovative and transformative management approaches. CQC has meticulously developed a modern quality management system which incorporates participation across all employee levels, envelops all processes, and leverages all available data as its primary framework. This system has been continually refined and optimized during its implementation, with a sharp focus on business objectives to significantly enhance the quality and efficiency of the enterprise's development.

In the future, CQC will continue to play a leading role as a national team for quality services, based on the quality industry, adhere to the responsibility of state-owned assets and central enterprises, continuously explore and improve the level of enterprise management reform and innovative development, and actively play the role of state-owned assets and central enterprises in promoting the construction of a strong quality country and the establishment of a market integrity system, and promoting high-quality development.
