The award ceremony, which took place on December 24, 2023, in Hefei, signified the successful conclusion of the art initiative. Under the guidance of the Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Anhui Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, and the Anhui Provincial Administration for Market Supervision, the event was organized in partnership with the Anhui Quality Certification Training Center, Anhui Quality Certification Service Center, Anhui Quality Brand Promotion Association, and CQC Shanghai.

Centered around the theme "Green and Low-Carbon, Journeying Together," the competition attracted an overwhelming participation of 3,441 submissions. From these, 340 artworks were shortlisted for evaluation, and 38 exceptional pieces earned accolades. Distinguished guests including Wang Zhenyu, the Deputy Director of the Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission; Cheng Yin, the Deputy Director of the Anhui Provincial Market Supervision Administration; and Chen Yonggang, the Minister of the Youth Development and Rights Protection Department at the Anhui Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, graced the event by presenting awards to the winning artists.

Technical experts from CQC Shanghai also contributed to the event by delivering educational lectures on the role of carbon in environmental science, aimed at demystifying the concept of "Carbon Peak and Neutrality."

This initiative recognized the youth as vital contributors to and practitioners of the carbon peak and neutrality objectives, nurturing their focus on environmental conservation through the expressive medium of painting and instilling in them an ethos of green, low-carbon development.

The painting collection event represents CQC's commitment to endorsing sustainable, green growth. It strives to plant the seeds of quality and ecological awareness among the young minds, extending the outreach of carbon peak and neutrality education into homes, schools, and the broader society, thereby enhancing the prospects for high-quality development.
