Cleanliness Level Certification of Toy Materials
(Level I is the highest level)
Cleanliness level certification of toy materials mainly focuses on the chemical safety certification of toy materials by selecting high-quality enterprises. It is very difficult for parents to intuitively identify chemical safety, so this certification aims to help parents identify and choose toys with safer and cleaner materials. Based on the CCC certification of toys in China, it also refers to stringent standards of the EU and other developed countries.
Educational Level Evaluation of Children’s Toys
In order to reduce the unhealthy content in the domestic toy market, standardize and unify relevant concepts, guide enterprises in designing and producing toys that are more beneficial to children’s physical and mental health, and help consumers identify educational toys, CQC brings together producers, testing institutions, educational institutions and other relevant institutions to draft group standards for the educational grading of children’s toys and carry out evaluation services.
Toys are scored according to their educational performance, such as logical reasoning, hand-eye coordination, simple cause and effect, sensory perception, social cognition, digital programming, etc. Then, educational toys are divided into eight types, including sensory cognition, physical coordination, learning and education, artistic creation, etc. According to the age group and score, educational toys consist of four levels: A +, A, B, and C.
