In order to promote the development of service certification business, enhance the standardized, unified and beautiful image of the CQC service certification certificate, and better display the results of service certification, the CQC System Certification Department has optimized and revised the service certificate format. Relevant matters concerning the introduction of the new service certification certificate are hereby notified as follows:

I. Effective Time and Scope

Since September 4, 2023, the new certificate is adopted for all service certification projects issued by applicants. See the appendix for the certificate format.

II. Notes

1. The preciously issued service certification certificate remains effective within its validity period, and there is no need to renew the certificate.

2. For the service certification certificate issued before September 4, 2023, the new certificate will be issued after completing re-certification or certificate change when the certificate expires.
