The Internet of Things (IoT), big data and other technical means are utilized to establish a gas cylinder quality and safety information database and intelligent traceability information platform on the basis of registering one cylinder with one code, to implement main responsibilities of the gas cylinder owner for safety, to improve the usage registration rate and periodic inspection rate of gas cylinder, and to eliminate illegal refitting, overdue inspection and illegal filling of gas cylinders. By this way, a real-time, dynamic and life-cycle supervision of gas cylinders is achieved, effectively preventing the occurrence of gas cylinder safety accidents.
