On 15 August, the first National Ecological Day, the 2023 Green Technology Innovation and Promotion Conference was held in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, under the leadership of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Zhejiang Development and Reform Commission, and jointly organised by the National Green Technology Trade Centre and the Zhejiang Institute of Development Planning. On behalf of the CQC, the person in charge of CQC Hangzhou Branch attended the conference and unveiled the plaque for the establishment of the Green Technology Innovation and Industry Alliance.

Green Technology Innovation Alliance (referred to as "the Alliance") is jointly initiated and established by the National Green Technology Exchange Center, CQC, and several other organizations. The Alliance focuses on frontier technology and standards research in the field of green and low-carbon development. Its objectives include promoting green technology evaluation and recognition, exploring the transfer and commercialization of green technology achievements, fostering their demonstration and application, as well as enhancing the integration of green technology innovation and industrial development. During the founding ceremony and the first council meeting of the alliance, representatives from CQC Hangzhou Branch delivered a speech and actively contributed to the discussions. The meeting reported on the progress of the alliance's establishment, presented and deliberated on its charter, and elected the members of the first council. CQC was successfully elected as a Vice Chairman unit of the alliance, further solidifying its role in promoting green technology innovation and industrial development.
