I. Key Revisions:
1. Added Chapter 2 on certification reference standards; adjusted the sequence of Chapter 10 on certification marks and Chapter 12 on certification responsibilities.
2. Deleted Section 0.2 on terminology definitions.
3. Removed the requirement from Section 4.3 for type testing based on factory classification for the same product produced by the same producer (manufacturer) but different production enterprises (manufacturing plants).
4. Added content in Section 5.4 allowing the applicant to choose the testing laboratory.
5. Included content in Section 5.5 about the implementation of a "double random" mechanism for initial factory inspections.
6. Added content in Section 8.6 regarding the recognition of enterprise quality management system certification results, and modified the post-certification supervision content for Class A and Class B manufacturing enterprises.
7. Added content in Chapter 14 about the quality information used for enterprise classification, including certification validity inspection results and enterprise credit information.
8. Modified Annex 1 to specify the main sample quantity and added notes.
9. Modified Annex 3 to remove the note that factory supervision sampling cannot replace confirmation inspection.
10. Modified Annex 6 to divide supervision sampling into "basic categories" and "subcategories" (only applicable to the implementation rules for household and similar use plugs and sockets).
II. Specific Implementation Requirements:
1. This rule revision does not involve the conversion of already issued CCC certificates.
