With the increasing emphasis on environmental friendliness and fire performance of wires and cables, Low Smoke Zero Halogen thermoplastic insulated flexible cables have gained attention in the industry and are favored by high-end original equipment manufacturers. In recent years, they have also been included in the CB certification system of the International Electrotechnical Commission's (IEC) Conformity Assessment Scheme. Through rigorous testing and certification by CQC, Huali Shi Wire Assembly (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. has become the first to pass the IEC 62821 standard test for Low Smoke Zero Halogen flexible cable and receive the world's first IECEE-CB certificate.
During the event, technical experts from both sides discussed topics such as customized design and certification of charging cables for new energy vehicles, the application and certification of shaped conductor energy storage cables, and standards and certification for silicone high-voltage wires in new energy vehicle interiors. The discussions yielded fruitful results and further cooperation intentions.
As a "national-brand" quality service organization, CQC will continue to uphold the social responsibility of "Certification for the People, Quality Shared by the People," continuously improve certification and standard technical service capabilities, promote technical exchanges and product quality improvement in the wire and cable industry, and contribute to the high-quality development of related industries.
