On April 13, 2023, entrusted by the Energy Conservation Management Department of Public Institutions of National Government Offices Administration ( Energy Conservation Department of the NGOA), CQC held an exchange meeting on the release of green and low-carbon technologies for public institutions. Zhu Chengyi, director of Energy Conservation Department of NGOA, Wang Yan, deputy director of Energy Conservation Department of NGOA, Xie Min, deputy secretary-general of Sichuan Provincial People's Government and director of NGOA attended the meeting and delivered speeches. More than 200 representatives from some key state administration department, energy conservation departments of public institutions of provinces, autonomous regions, and representatives of related enterprises attended the meeting. Xie Zhaoxu, party secretary and director of CQC, attended the meeting and delivered a keynote speech.

The list of green and low-carbon technologies in public institutions in 2022 was released on the meeting, experts also shared the specific experience of relevant local government office administrations on green and low-carbon technologies to help public institutions save energy, and representatives of enterprises were invited to showcase their technologies.

Xie Zhaoxu stated in his speech that energy conservation in public institutions is an important part of ecological civilization construction and economic and social development, and plays an important role in guiding people to raise awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection, and promoting energy conservation and emission reduction and ecological civilization construction in China. CQC will continue to excel in evaluating and promoting green and low-carbon technologies in public institutions, leveraging its expertise in technical and service networks. Working closely with Energy Conservation Department of the NGOA and local government affairs management departments, CQC will provide crucial technical support, and jointly advance energy conservation and carbon reduction targets for public institutions.

Zhu Chengyi made a concluding speech, fully recognizing the efficient work and positive role played by CQC in assisting public institutions with energy saving and carbon reduction. He also put forward a blueprint for promoting and applying green and low-carbon technologies in public institutions.
