On March 28th, 2023, the Artificial Intelligence High Quality Development Forum that jointly sponsored by CQC and Zhongguancun Institute of Intelligent Artificial Intelligence was successfully held at Beijing Headquarters of CQC. Shu Bilei, deputy head of Chaoyang District People's Government of Beijing, Feng Xu, deputy director of SME Development Promotion Center of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Yang Hongfu, deputy secretary of Zhongguancun Chaoyang Park Working Committee and management Committee, Xie Zhaoxu, party secretary and managing director of CQC, Chang Limin, former deputy inspector of Science and Technology Department of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Zhao Wenzhi, vice president of China SME International Cooperation Association, Sun Mingjun, president of Zhongguancun Institute of Intelligent Artificial Intelligence, and other representatives attended the event and delivered speeches.

With the theme of "High-Quality Future, Intelligence First", this forum focused on the national policy orientation of empowering all industries with artificial intelligence technology, comprehensively promoting the high-quality development of intelligent manufacturing in China, accelerating AI scene innovation and landing, and discussed in depth how to effectively enhance the scientific and technological innovation capability of artificial intelligence enterprises, how to improve the adaptation of artificial intelligence algorithms to application scenarios, and how to promote the high-level application of artificial intelligence through cooperation mechanism innovation.

Xie Zhaoxu said in his welcome speech that CQC has been actively promoting the layout of renewable energy, green manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, artificial intelligence and other emerging industries, consistently innovating business models, strengthening resource integration, and builds a new cooperation ecosystem. He highlighted that artificial intelligence, as the core force of the new round of industrial transformation, is empowering all walks of life with great efficiency. CQC will give full play to the advantages of the third-party quality service platform, and work together with government departments, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, artificial intelligence enterprises and scene demand enterprises to build a bridge of trust in the landing of artificial intelligence scenes, so as to empower the high-quality development of manufacturing and service industries.

Shu Bilei stated that Chaoyang District aims to build a national core area for the innovation and development of a new generation of artificial intelligence. Based on the diversified industrial development pattern supported by high-tech industries, it accelerates the research on artificial intelligence support policies, gives full play to the advantages of the whole industrial chain of artificial intelligence in Beijing and Chaoyang District, and continues to build an artificial intelligence industry highland driven by application.

Feng Xu said that the SME Development Promotion Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has been committed to providing all-round support and services for the development of SMEs. In the future, it will actively explore technological innovation and application schemes of artificial intelligence in SMEs, and encourage SMEs to strengthen research and development and transformation of high-end technologies to promote the sound development of artificial intelligence industry and SMEs.

Zhao Wenzhi said that as a representative of small and medium-sized enterprises, China SME International Cooperation Association explores new models and new paths for artificial intelligence to promote the innovation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises, so as to help small and medium-sized enterprises create new intelligent technologies and products.  

CQC will take this forum as an opportunity to give full play to the leading role of the "national team" in the certification industry, uniting the government, institutions, universities, enterprises and other forces, and lay out the quality service work in the application scenarios of artificial intelligence in depth to inject more vitality to the high-quality development of artificial intelligence in China.
