China Quality Certification Centre (hereinafter referred to as "CQC") has previously received a notice from the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (hereinafter referred to as "SASO") that the Technical Regulation of Restriction of Hazardous Substances (SASO RoHS), which was originally scheduled to be enforced on January 5, 2022, will be postponed for six months to be implemented in stages. The specific arrangements are shown in the following table:

Customers are kindly requested to prepare in advance and incorporate the RoHS test report into the technical documentation for storage, so as to avoid the obstruction of export due to this.
CQC has been approved by SASO to become its conformity assessment body of RoHS Technical Regulation. In addition, it can also provide services such as GC-mark Certification and Saudi SABER CoC certification and other services for companies exporting to Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries to help companies enter the Middle East market smoothly .
