In order to response to the national policy of “energy conservation and emission reduction", in October 2020, the National Government Offices Administration, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Finance jointly launched the selection of national energy-saving public institutions and energy efficiency leaders for 2019-2020. As a long-term technical support body of the National Government Offices Administration, CQC was invited to participate in this evaluation and assessment activity.

In accordance with the requirements of the national assessment team, CQC selected two experienced personnel as assessment experts that successfully reviewed application materials from 5 regions including Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Heilongjiang and Jilin, as well as 43 founding units of central state agencies and made on-site inspections to ensure the high-quality and efficient assessment work.

During the assessment process, the professionalism and dedication of CQC were once again praised by the National Government Offices Administration and the inspected units, which consolidated and enhanced the CQC’s reputation and influence in the field of energy conservation in public institutions.
