On October 20, 2020, deputy director of CQC Mr. Zeng Guangfeng paid a visit to Henan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, and made deep discussions with Deputy Director Mr. Li Dongsheng and relevant representatives from the Certification department. In the meanwhile, they also jointly witnessed the signing ceremony between CQC and Henan Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection on the strategic cooperation agreement.

During the discussion, Zeng Guangfeng introduced CQC’s development and the current situation to Henan AMR centering on CQC’s product certification, system certification, energy and water conservation, environmental protection, green and low-carbon certification and new energy certification. He also hoped that in the future, the provincial AMR can be more supportive to CQC’s work, so that it can better serve certified enterprises in Henan province with high efficiency and high quality, fully meet the needs of third-party services such as government procurement.

Li Dongsheng welcomed CQC’s visit and hoped that in the future, CQC can strengthen communication and exchanges with the certification department, and take its institutional advantages at full blast to continue to provide technical support for the provincial and municipal regulatory authorities and better serve Henan's certified enterprises and industrial development.

After the discussion, the two parties witnessed the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement between CQC and Henan Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection. The strategic cooperation that based on the principle of "mutual benefit, equality and integrity" will jointly promote the development of both parties in testing and certification and better serve entities and enterprise in Henan province.
