Application scope: the products suitable for self-declared evaluation in Announcement of State Administration for Market Regulation on the Adjustment and Improvement of CCC Certification Catalogs and Implementation Requirements (Announcement No. 44 of 2019).
Technical requirements: General Rules for Type II CQC Certification (CQC12-000001-2020)
2 Certification schemes and process improvement
In the design of the certification scheme, on the basis of risk control, according the situation of the enterprise and characteristics of the products, CQC takes reasonable integrate certification unit, implements change record for head of enterprise certification technology, and adopts flexible and diverse factory inspection and supervision methods, to minimize the cost of enterprise certification and reduce the enterprise certification cycle.
CQC takes the advantages of the network. In principle, the branches of the jurisdiction of enterprise are responsible for the implementation of certification of the whole process of services.
