As the National Certification Body (NCB) under the IECEE system, CQC has actively submitted IEC standard interpretation to IECEE as taking CB certification applications for coherent layers for insulation, and pushed IECEE to draw the decision of the IECEE Committee of Testing Laboratory (PDSH2166) in guiding the related testing and certification of such products.

During this process, the International Cooperation Department and the Product Certification Department IV organized experts to study and analyze products and corresponding IECEE management regulations to prepare proposals, suggestions and rationales; as the convener of the ETF 06 working group, the expert in CQC actively coordinated the members in the group to discuss proposals and submit draft decisions. Finally, CTL reviewed and issued the PDSH2166 decision on the IECEE official website, clarifying the applicability and testing requirements of the relevant IEC standards for this type of product.
