On October 15, 2020, the Second Forum on Global Market Access of PV Energy Storage Equipment & Testing and Certification, which was co-organized by CQC and PV Top-Runner Forum, and supported by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) and DEKRA Group (DEKRA), was successfully held in Nanjing. Marketing director from CQC, as well as nearly 150 representatives from manufacturers, investors, research institutions in the PV and energy storage industry participated in the forum.

Contented with four innovative topics of "Intelligence and Green Standards", "Innovative Applications of Intelligent Energy Storage", "Interconnection and Reliability" and "Improvement of Standards, Testing, Quality and Laboratory Capability", the forum carried out in-depth exchanges focusing on the market access requirements of PV, energy storage systems and key equipment; technical regulatory system; standards and testing and certification requirements; and corporate quality assurance capacity building.

This forum is the second technology outreaching conference held by CQC in the field of new energy with participation of important regional and global certification bodies. It is also an essential step of CQC’s initiative to serve international trade facilitation and ensure the high-quality development of China’s new energy industry. In the future, CQC will continue to strengthen research and international cooperation in new energy technical standards and conformity assessment to help the global economy to achieve "green recovery" in the post-epidemic era, and make greater contribution to carbon neutrality.
