To ensure the standardization of EV facilities in construction, operation and maintenance and guarantee a safe operation of charging facilities, under the instruction of the National Energy Administration，the China Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Promotion Partner (EV Partner) carried out the qualification review of on-site safety assessment authorization for charging facilities, and authorized competent professional third-party certification bodies to conduct safety assessment. CQC has become one of the first authorized bodies.

After the system document review, case demonstration, expert on-site inquiry, and basic knowledge assessment, the expert group deemed that CQC has met the requirements in personnel competence, inspection management and equipment use, and reached consensus that CQC passed the review.

CQC has successfully completed safety inspections for charging facilities in Beijing, Guangzhou, Nanjing and Wuhan etc. entrusted by the government, providing professional service for the major events such as the 19th CPC National Congress, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit in Qingdao, the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation（FOCAC) and the Two Sessions of 2020. Gaining this qualification is not only a recognition of CQC’s proficiency, but also lays a solid foundation to further develop its charging facilities service in the future.
