Recently, CQC assigned five sub-centers to conduct post-certificate inspections on the headquarters of FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Co., Ltd. ( FAW-Volkswagen) and the Changchun plant. This was also the first time that CQC has adopted a customized inspection to an automobile enterprise. 

Aiming at improving quality and efficiency, and lightening the burden for enterprises, the Beijing Inspection Department of CQC and the product Certification Department III have developed a set of customized inspection plans according to the needs and current situation of the enterprises. The headquarter of FAW-Volkswagen received the general inspection on general management, while specific and differentiated inspections were implemented for each factory to ensure the whole coverage of the inspection with uniform standards and to effectively reduce repeated inspections.

FAW-Volkswagen fully recognized the customized inspection carried out by CQC, pointing out that the centralized inspection was of great help to unify the inspection standards, improve inspection and time efficiency, and to detect and solve the systemic quality risks in time; which can dramatically reduce the costs of enterprises.

This centralized inspection was a new attempt by CQC to strengthen customer service and will provide valuable experience for CQC to conduct similar inspection on other group customers.
