On August 17, 2020, Qiao Dong, the Inspector from State Administration for Market Regulation, and officers from Guangdong Administration for Market Regulation conducted a field research in CQC South China Laboratory.

The manager of South China Lab gave a detailed introduction of its business competence and qualification, reporting on the work carried out by Guangdong Quality Supervision of Automobile and Parts Material Inspection Station in terms of operation management, customer service, and technical capacity. The whole team visited the laboratory and made exchanges on certification and accreditation, inspection and testing, risk control, and certification supervision.

Qiao Dong fully recognized the laboratory's technical capabilities as well as the customer service, and highly praised the laboratory's active cooperation with the provincial bureaus. He emphasized that laboratories should provide customers better service and reduce their risks; besides, as the "national team" in certification bodies, CQC should give full play to its own technical advantages and professional capabilities, continuously improving its service, boosting the local economic development.
