On August 3rd 2020, CQC Modern Service Evaluation Center Participated in the discussion of service evaluation standards for health service institutions held by China Health Association Health Service Institution Quality Management Division.
In the meeting, director of China Health Association Health Service Institution Quality Management Division, associate dean of Beijing Renhe Institute of Medical Research, relevant personnel of Modern Service Evaluation Center, and more than 30 experts from Huashan Hospital Fudan University, The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University held a deep discussion over evaluation standards for health service institutions and formulated opinions, which were of great reference value for the following standards compilation. Experts at the meeting expressed the hope that the establishment of standards can be a powerful supplement to the existing national regulations, and can help to set up unified standards for the process and hospital management of health service institutions. This discussion was significant in promoting the professional development and boosting the standardization process of health service institutions.
After the meeting, the leaders of the Quality Management Division of China Health Association and key members of participating hospitals visited the Modern Service Evaluation Center. Modern Service Evaluation Center introduced CQC's technical and resource advantages in certification evaluation, standard setting, inspection and testing, as well as the current work achieved in government services and community services. All the parties made exchanges on joint efforts of related projects in health services and other fields, and the future development of health service institutions, which laid a solid foundation for future cooperation between multiple parties.
