On July 30 2020, CQC held the Technical Seminar for Automobile Warning Triangle Consistency Spot-Check and Certification Rules Amendment in Yuyao, Zhejiang province. Representatives and experts from Traffic Management Research Institute of Ministry of Public Security, automobile enterprises, automobile warning triangle manufacturers attended the meeting and held discussions on the future development and management within the industry.

In the seminar, the deputy director of Traffic Management Research Institute of Ministry of Public Security-Mr. Yu Chunjun and the chief expert of automobiles-Mr. Xie Penghong gave their credit to the on-going work of automobile warning triangle certification and consistency management; in the meanwhile, they also pointed out that the work should always be accomplished with the code of impartiality, formality and efficiency to guarantee the effective implementation of automobile products CCC certification.

Experts from Traffic Management Research Institute of Ministry of Public Security and CQC Products Certification Department No.3 reported the results of automobile warning triangle consistency spot-check respectively. Based on the above outcomes, it requires the common ground of the following consistency inspection plan and rule amendment to improve and promote automobile warning triangle certification and inspection. Therefore, CQC will accelerate amendment of certification rules to improve the follow up surveillance and inspection and encourage certified enterprises to provide high-quality products.
