With the development of the Belt and Road initiative, the trade scale between China and Uzbekistan continues to expand and maintains rapid growth, and China has become Uzbekistan’s largest trading partner. In the field of agriculture products and food, local enterprises and farmers increasingly eager to export their products to China. In order to introduce China's relevant market access system and promote the further development of bilateral trade, on July 17, 2020, at the request of UZSTANDARD AGENCY, China Quality Certification Centre (CQC) and UZSTANDARD AGENCY jointly held an online training meeting. More than 50 participants including leaders and experts from UZSTANDARD AGENCY and local farmers in Uzbekistan attended the training.

During the training, CQC experts in the field of agricultural products and food certification gave a vivid and detailed explanation on the relevant certification systems for exporting Uzbekistan's agricultural products and food into the Chinese market, including Organic Products Certification, Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) certification, food safety management system certification, FSSC22000 certification, GMPHACCP for dairy products and so on. Then, CQC experts collected relevant questions from participants and answered these questions in detail.
