From May 15 to 17, 2020, CQC Modern Service Evaluation Center held the first online training course for primary assessors of Qualified Service for Aging Well (QSAW) system.
QSAW system is China's first social and user demand-oriented quality assessment system for aging-care services that has been developed by the Modern Service Evaluation Center in conjunction with the National Interdisciplinary Institute on Aging, who invited more than 60 top experts across industries and disciplines taking more than a year to develop. It is a quality service oriented comprehensive evaluation system for the quality of aging-care services, with user experience as the evaluation guide, professional abilities and organizational performance as the evaluation focus, digital participation as the evaluation means.
Next, the Modern Service Evaluation Center will promote health and nursing institutions to actively participate in the construction and evaluation of QSAW throughout China, and strive to build the QSAW system into an authoritative guide for customers to choose aging-care service consumption, a guide and tool for related industries to improve the efficiency of aging-care services, and a reference basis for the government to recognize the aging-care service brand.
