CQC has taken swift actions with care to ensure product quality and safety in support of production resumption.

CQC International Cooperation Department planned and held a series of live-casts of international certification seminars to introduce international market access systems, relevant laws and regulations for export-oriented customers.. During the live-cast, speaker actively interacted with the audience, and gave patient and detailed answers to the mostly asked and concerned issues in the process of international certification,, thus contributing to the smooth and efficient export after production resumption.

CQC Qingdao and Chengdu Branch organized special teams to help those enterprises who found difficulties in certificate recovery due to the negative impact of the COVID-19 epidemic. The team cooperated with relevant departments of CQC in strict accordance with certificationrequirements and procedures of CQC and assisted the enterprises to recover or obtain the certificate in time on the premise of ensuring the quality of the certification work.

Entrusted by Shanghai Municipal Market Regulation Administration, CQC Shanghai Branch organized an on-site assessment of the first applicants for Shanghai “CCC exemption self-commitment fast track” of 2020. In the process, Shanghai Branch explained the policies and requirements of the “CCC exemption self-commitment fast track” and CCC certification system, which helped the enterprises better understand the document requirements and improve technical capabilities.
