Dear customers,
To fully implement the SAMR General Office Announcement on Quality Certification Work Amid the Outbreak of COVID-19 (2020 No.9), support production activities of enterprises in the fight against the outbreak, effectively provide facilitation services to enterprises and the public and improve the efficiency of certificate application, CQC has decided to promote the use of the e-certificate for CQC certification . The relevant matters are as follows:
1. The scope of the e-certificate includes: the certificate, attachments of the certificate and the statement of change for CQC Mark certificate, Resource saving certification (energy saving and water saving), environmental certification ,China Voluntary Certification(Low Carbon, RoHS,E-bidding).
2. From March 20, 2020, CQC will issue the paper certificate as well as corresponding E-Certificate to enterprises. For the paper certificate that has been issued before, corresponding e-certificate shall be issued on certificate renewal after expiration or for changes of the certificate.
3. The e-certificate can be downloaded on the CQC Product Certification Management System (hereinafter referred to as the system) by the certificate applicant. After the certificate is issued, the applicant logs on CMS to download the e-certificate.
4. The certificate applicant shall properly keep the user name and password of the system, and correctly bind the mobile phone number and email address to receive information in time.
