On November 11-12, 2019, invited by Tesla (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., CQC Shanghai Branch sent technical experts to provide special technical services for Tesla Shanghai Super Factory. Employees from the procurement, production, quality, logistics, regulation and other departments of the factory participated in the training. The Tesla Super Factory, located in the Lingang New Area of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, is Shanghai's largest foreign-invested manufacturing project to date and also Tesla's first super factory outside the US. It started trial production in October this year. In response to the service demand proposed by the enterprise, CQC Shanghai Branch conducted quality assurance training for the enterprise representatives, adopting a combination of theoretical study and practice, teaching knowledge, discovering problems, and improving problems to enhance the understanding of certification requirements. It helped enterprises to consistently and stably produce products that meet the certification requirements. At the same time, it has played a positive role in promoting the level of enterprise certification and the satisfaction of market players.
