On October 30, 2019, CQC Shanghai Branch and Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision Training Center jointly hosted 2019 Certification Policy Seminar of Transformation of Industrial Product Production License to CCC Certification — Rules and Regulations of Explosion-proof Equipment.

Technical experts from CQC introduced certification knowledge, implementation rules and requirements, and application procedures of CCC certification of explosion-proof electrical products. The meeting helped enterprises to further understand the requirements of the Decision of the State Council on the Further Reduction of the Industrial Production License Administration Catalogue and Simplification of Approval Procedures ([2018] No.33) and the State Administration for Market Regulation “Announcement on the Implementation Regulation of the Transformation of the Explosion-proof Electrical Equipment From Production Licenses to CCC Certification Administration” (2019 No. 34), and also understand the knowledge and transformation requirements for CCC certification of explosion-proof electrical equipment, which ensures a smooth transition of production license of industrial products to CCC certification in Shanghai.
