On August 26, 2019, the First Asian Network Forum (ANF) Young Engineer Project (YEP), hosted by China quality Certification Centre (CQC), was held in Beijing. Li Guozhen, Deputy Director of CQC, attended the project launch meeting.

ANF member institutions include CQC, Japan Quality Assurance Organization (JQA), Korea Testing Laboratory (KTL), Singapore TUV-SUD PSB, Taiwan Electronics Testing Center (ETC) and Vietnam QUALITY ASSURANCE AND TESTING CENTER 3 (QUATEST3).

The aim of YEP is to enhance the close contact among young engineers of member institutions and to facilitate the implementation of the green channel concept of inter-agency business cooperation. CQC and other member institutions have provided a wide range of technical services to consumers, suppliers and manufacturers in various countries in the fields of certification, testing, energy conservation and environmental protection, and have become a key part of the international testing and certification industry.
