CQC will officially become a certification body designated by the Sri Lankan government upon unanimous approval of the relevant Sri Lankan ministries and commissions. Aside from being authorized to test and certify goods to be exported to Sri Lanka in accordance with the Sri Lanka standard and specification, CQC may also issue certificates of conformity recognized by the Sri Lankan government to enterprises.
