On January 14, 2019, CQC Shanghai Branch undertook an Expert Meeting on the National Interdisciplinary Institute on Aging—a Service Quality Assessment Framework for Aging Related Services (hereinafter referred to as NIIA-SQAF) in Shanghai.
This meeting is the first expert meeting of NIIA-SQAF, aiming at promoting the implementation of national deployment requirements for improving the quality of endowment service, and helping China build a comprehensive supply system of high-quality endowment service and a quality evaluation and monitoring system and relevant standards.
In addition, Shanghai Branch and the National Interdisciplinary Institute on Aging have signed a cooperation framework agreement. In the future, the two sides will cooperate closely in four areas: the supply system of endowment service, quality assessment, professional abilities and personnel training.
