On December 13, 2018, the Guangzhou Branch of China Quality Certification Centre, as the undertaking institution of the project "Construction and Demonstration of Market Access Certification and Accreditation Information Service Platform for China-ASEAN Countries", participated in the acceptance evaluation meeting of new business development projects in 2018 organized by CCIC.

This project aims to collect, collate, study and analyze the technical basic information of ASEAN countries’ certification and accreditation, and to timely grasp the current situation of ASEAN countries' certification and accreditation work, the administrative departments of certification and accreditation, the situation of certification bodies, the basic laws and regulations of certification and the cooperation between China and ASEAN countries.

The expert group listened to the project report and conducted a question discussion and thought that the project design conforms to the direction, requirements and technological development trend of the belt and road initiative, and the construction task can enhance the level of liberalization and facilitation of China ASEAN import and export trade.
