On December 22, 2018, the high-scoring inspection of Guangdong Provincial Quality Supervision Automobile and Parts Materials (Hazardous Substances) Inspection Station (hereinafter referred to as “Provincial Quality Inspection Station”) prepared by China Quality Certification Centre passed the pre-acceptance site assessment.

Based on the Evaluation Indicators for Capacity Building of Quality Authorized Quality Inspection Institutions at the Provincial Level, six aspects of technical competence, team building, research capabilities, operational status, influence and authority, and government support were carefully reviewed by the expert group. The experts fully affirm the preparatory work for Provincial Quality Inspection Station and believe that Provincial Quality Inspection Station is in good condition, with high-quality technical team, advanced testing equipment, good conditions of environment, strong scientific research ability, better service industry and the ability to respond to emergencies, and has played a certain role in promoting local industries.

Provincial Quality Inspection Station has ISO 12219-2-2012 and other 106 testing capabilities for automotive parts and materials standard, covering 5 test items including volatile organic compounds, aldehydes and ketones, banned substances, atomization and odor. And from November 24th to 25th, 2018, it passed the site assessment of the qualifications of passenger cars (M1), automotive materials and auto parts.
