On August 24, 2018, CQC was invited to attend the Summit Forum of Distributed Photovoltaic Application and Development in China’s Industry and Commerce, and issued the first certificate of new national standard of energy storage converter for power system to XJ Electric Co., Ltd. The forum was jointly organized by China Photovoltaic Leading Innovation Forum, Shanghai Solar Energy Society, Changzhou Photovoltaic Industry Association and Zhejiang Solar Photovoltaic Industry Association. CQC participated in the organization work and provided technical support. More than 200 experts from government departments, industry associations, power grid companies, industrial park, photovoltaic energy storage industry chain and third-party service agency attended the Forum.

Along with the quickening pace of China’s electric power market reform, energy storage technology will achieve depth fusion with new energy development. CQC has been paying attention to the quality of equipment and system security of electric power energy storage application, and also actively promoting the standard system research and the whole process of quality guarantee system construction of the stored energy converter, energy storage battery and pilot use energy, battery management system, management system and energy storage system. The first certification for the electric power system energy storage converter issued by CQC is the preliminary achievement in the field of electric power energy storage quality evaluation. In the future, it will further consolidate the energy storage industry quality foundation, strengthen and improve the whole industry chain and quality control of energy storage products, fully exert the advantages of national professional quality service, and ensure high quality of electric power energy storage industry development in China.
