June 8, 2018, on the occasion of the 11th “World Accreditation Day”, the State Administration of Market Regulation and the National Certification and Accreditation Administration hosted the home event 2018 “World Accreditation Day” in Beijing.  

The theme of this event is “Certification and Accreditation—passing market trust and serving market supervision.” CQC participated in this meeting as the secretary-general office of the Beidou Vehicle Networking Certification Alliance. Lumei, vice president of the CCIC and the president of CQC, introduced the “Beidou Vehicle Networking Certification Service Platform” and announced the “list of the first Beidou vehicle networking product certification demonstrating enterprises”. Lumei introduced several tasks that the alliance has focused on over the past more than one years since its establishment. First, it has developed implementation rules and technical specifications for the Beidou Vehicle Networking Certification and has promoted the development of Beidou’s high-precision, micro-system and other technologies. Second, under the support of National Development and Reform Commission, it has organized key commercial vehicle enterprises to implement the demonstration task of Beidou vehicle networking pre-installation and strived to install standard Beidou pre-installation for commercial vehicle by the end of 2020. Third, it has promoted the inclusion of Beidou application terms in motorcycle anti-theft standards, synchronizing with the implementation of the “national Ⅳ” emission standard and realizing the standard Beidou pre-installation for motorcycles. Fourth, it has coordinated the establishment of “Beidou Vehicle Networking Certification Service Platform”.
