On May 18th, 2018, entrusted by Energy-Saving Department in Bureau of Government Offices Administration under the State Council, CQC convened the first public institution green energy-saving and water-saving technical product exchange seminar in Hangzhou. Hong Bo, Deputy Director of Energy-Saving Department in Bureau of Government Offices Administration under the State Council, Du Fenping, Deputy Director General of Government Offices Administration in Zhejiang Province, and Song Xiangdong, Deputy Managing Director of CQC attended the seminar and delivered a speech. Over 120 representatives from local Government Offices Administration and public institutions, 12 energy-saving and water-saving enterprises and Hangzhou Branch Center across 5 provinces and 1 city in the country attended the seminar.

Relevant experts, energy-saving technology using companies and excellent energy-saving and water-saving enterprises were invited to the seminar and introduced the research and development, outreaching and application experience of new energy-saving and water-saving technologies, and solicited opinions for Interim Procedures for Public Institution Green Energy-saving and Water-saving Technology (Product) (Draft for Comment). Representatives at the seminar discussed about the problems and difficulties in public institution energy-saving and water-saving technical propaganda, application and reformation process, positively participated in the discussion and offered advice and suggestions for the promotion of public institution energy-saving technology. Energy-Saving Department in Bureau of Government Offices Administration under the State Council stated that it would continually build energy-saving product promotion products, facilitate the communication and contact between energy-saving enterprises and public institution energy-saving management departments, and expand the application of excellent energy-saving technologies and products in public institutions.
