According to Announcement on China Compulsory Product Certification Mark Reform by Certification and Accreditation Adminatration of the People’s Republic of China (Announcement No. 10 of 2018), it is not allowed the designated mark issuing body (Beijing Zhongqiang Product Mark Technical Service Centre) to check the irregular-size mark, and the checking charge also be cancelled since March 20th, 2018. The CCC mark can be printed/pressed by certified enterprise. According to the requirements of this announcement, the certification body should strengthen the supervision and management for CCC mark, and instruct how to use the CCC mark correctly. We hereby give the notice as follows regarding relevant matters.
The applicant shall strictly comply with the Management Requirements of Certification Mark for Compulsory Product Certification, which is the attachment of Announcement on China Compulsory Product Certification Mark Reform by CNCA (Announcement No. 10 of 2018). China Quality Certification Centre (CQC) will set up the CCC mark column on website to provide related documents and mark vectorgraph.
For new applicants, please read Instruction of China Compulsory Certification Mark Usage carefully when using CQC Product Certification Online System (version3.0), and comply with the requirements of related documents since March 20th, 2018.
CQC began to provide the grant of standard-size mark since May 1st, 2018. The charge of standard-size CCC mark complies with Notice on Releasing Part of Inspection and Testing Service Charge by National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC Charge Announcement No. 1299 of 2015).
