Dear clients,

The new version of product certification online system (hereinafter to be referred as CMS 3.0) will go live on May 31^st, 2017. The details are as following.

1. The current product certification online system (hereinafter to be referred as CMS 2.0) will stop using at 5:00pm on May 27^th,2017. Our online application system will be out of service during May 28^th to 30^th due to data migration. CMS 3.0 will officially launch at 8:00am on May 31^st , 2017.

2. All data in CMS2.0 will migrate to CMS 3.0. The unfinished work in CMS 2.0, such as certification procedure, factory inspection, supervision and inspection process, can be continued in CMS3.0.

3. China Quality Certification Centre will complete the certification for “Government Forcedly Purchasing Energy Saving Products” before noon on May 25^th, 2017. Please submit related application and documents as early as possible, thanks for your cooperation.

4. CMS 3.0 supports IE (version should be greater than or equal to IE9), Chrome, Firefox, 360 and QQ browser. We recommend using IE browser.

5. CMS3.0 can be visited by http://www.cqc.com.cn on May 31^st, 2017. Your user name and password have not changed. The CMS3.0 operation manual has been showed on CMS2.0 home page. Please pay attention and download. Thanks for your cooperation.
