Plugs and socket-outlets for household and similar purposes--Part 2:Particular requirements for socket-outlets for appliances (GB2099.2-2012) has been released and taken effect on Dec. 1 ^st, 2013 to instead of GB2099.2-1997. The details are as follows.

1. The applicant can submit application follow by GB2099.2-1997 (the old standard) or GB2099.2-2012 (the new standard) since standard of GB2099.2-2012 released until Dec. 1^st, 2013. The new standard must be adopted since Dec. 1^st , 2013.
2. For clients who hold old version certificate should submit the changing application since the notice released and before next follow-up inspection, then take differentia test. The old certificates changing should be completed by Dec. 1^st. 2014. If the certificates were not transferred on time, they would be postponed. If they failed to be replaced before Feb. 28^th, 2015, they would be withdrawn.
