To those related companies,
China Compulsory Certification on Tyres Products which implemented according to CCC Implementation Rules （CNCA-03C-027：2013） and CCC Detailed Implementation Rules （CQC-C027-2013） has been released, it will take effect on July, 1st , 2013. The details as follows:
1. From July, 1st , 2013, for those manufacturing enterprises who submit the new CCC application, should use the CCC mark according to the item 9.2 of new implementation rules. For those enterprises who have already had the CCC certificate before July, 1st , 2013, should use the CCC mark according to the item 9.2 of new implementation rules before the expire date of the latest CCC certificates.
2. From July, 1st , 2013, those manufacturing enterprises who submit the new CCC application, are required to inspect according to implementation rules attachment 3 (producing consistency control program ). For those enterprises who have already had the CCC certificate before July, 1st , 2013, should inspect according to implementation rules attachment 3 before the expire date of the latest CCC certificates.
3. This implementation of the new vision of the Rules is no need to change the CCC Certificates. For those enterprises who have already had the CCC certificate before July, 1st , 2013, the modification of implementation rules version number on CCC certificate can exchange certificate with the expire date of certificate, or accomplish with the modification of other details.
