Charging for certificates annuity of 2013 will start soon and the notice will not be issued via email since this year and it will be issued in client's interface by CQC 2.0 system instead. All invoices for certificate annuity will be issued within the first quarter. Please check for them at your own interface and pay in time, avoiding bad effects on the validity of your certificates caused by fee.

Please send e-mail or fax the bank receipt of remittance with invoice number and remittance usage to the International Sec. Of Factory Inspection Dep., after transaction for confirmation. Detailed contact information can be found in client's interface. For those clients pay in RMB, you shall provide detailed address besides remittance information so that we send you the formal invoice. For those clients pay in cash, you shall provide a copy of invoice to the International Sec. Of Factory Inspection Dep. for registration and recording.
