1. The standard GB 17896-2012 to instead of GB 17896-1999, and GB/T14044-2008 was deleted
2. Deleted the content on inductance ballast
3. Modified the applied scope, unit division and sample requirements
4. Modified the testing item, request and test judge in item 4.2
5. Modified the content on product conformity testing of factory inspection
6. Deleted the original item 7.2 (expansion of certificate covering)
