To those related enterprise,
General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China, and Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China issued the joint notice (http://www.cnca.gov.cn/cnca/zwxx/ggxx/648334.shtml) on Aug. 13th,2012 announced the eight kinds of products are no longer to take China Compulsory Certification, i.e. flexible rubber-sheathed cables for mining purposes, finance and trade settlement equipment, equipment and components for cable distribution systems of sound and television signals, satellite television receivers, tuners, B/W television receivers and other monochrome television receivers, seat cover of automotive interior materials, and all less than basic sample size（356mm×100mm）of automotive interior materials. The details are as following.
1. CQC will be no longer to accept application and issue related CCC certificates on above mentioned products since this notice released.
2. The certificates obtained on above mentioned products will be withdrawn by CQC from now on.
3. CQC will accept certificate changing application from now on. The seat cover and all less than basic sample size（356mm×100mm）of automotive interior materials can convert to Voluntary Certification Promoted by State, the other six products can change to CQC Mark Certification. The enterprise which hold original CCC certificate can apply conversion directly with effective testing report and factory inspection report.
