To enterprises that has obtained organic product certificate

According to and , the certified enterprises must switch to the new version of organic product mark and code as from July 1^st, 2012, now the urgent notice as following.

1 According to the requirements of Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China (CNCA), the product which is certified and complied with using conditions must use organic mark and code. CQC will suspend or withdraw the related certificate if certified enterprise refuses to use organic mark and code, except for the following situations.    
1）Organic product for sightseeing or on-site picking

2）Organic product only as raw materials

3）Organic product in bulk or in nude

4) The certified enterprise which can not use organic mark or code as prescribed because of production season or other special reasons, should put on record at CQC in advance.

2. CNCA and local quality supervision departments will supervise and inspect the proper use of Organic Product Mark and Code in strict accordance with new requirements.  As from July 1^st 2012, the product which is not using organic mark and code in the proper way that is prescribed by the new rules must be recalled  (Except for products shipped and selling before July 1^st ,2012 and using marks according to  GB/T 19630-2005 )
