Technical Specifications of Certification of Energy Saving for Windows, Doors and Curtain Walls (CQC3118-2011) has been promulgated, which is the basis standard for “701501 Windows and Doors” energy conservation certification and to instead of CQC3118-2010. The details are as following.

For certificate holders who hold old version certificates should submit the changing application before the next follow-up inspection. The sample testing for version changing (testing item for heat transfer coefficient) can combine with follow-up inspection, then the new version certificate will be issued if the product meets requirements. Certificate change should be completed before July 1^st, 2013. If the certificates were not transferred on time, they would be suspended, if they failed to be replaced, they will be withdrawn.
