The Technical Specification of Grid-connected PV Inverter Certification (CNCA/CTS 0004-2009A) has been released on Aug.22nd , and take effect on Mar. 1st, 2012. The related requirements are as follows,
1 For the application accepted before Mar. 1st, 2012, it can be accepted by CNCA/CTS 0004-2009A（new specification） or CNCA/CTS 0004-2009（old specification）. We will not accept the application by CNCA/CTS 0004-2009 since Mar. 1st, 2012.
2 For certificate holders who hold old version certificates should submit and finish the modification application before Feb. 28th. 2013. The certificates will be suspended if modification is not fulfilled, and CQC will withdraw the old version certificates which cannot complete certificate modification before May. 31st , 2013.
3 For the certified product already delivered, marketed and no longer produced before Mar. 1st, 2012, such modification is not needed.
4 Certificate holders with old version certificates should submit the modification application, providing related documents according certification rules for documents review and tests should be necessary for the deviation between old specification and new one.
5 For the product which has one certificate of CNCA/CTS0004-2009 or two certificates of CNCA/CTS0004-2009 and CNCA/CTS 0006-2010(IEC 62109-1), additional test should be performed and this is detailed in the appendix.
6 For the Low-Voltage Ride Through test in CNCA/CTS 0004-2009A, we will take it by Q/GDW617-2011 Technical Rules for Photovoltaic Power Station Connected to Power Grid, and “Low-Voltage Ride Through Test passed ” will be designated in the certificate, for the products which is not suitable for or not take this test, we will also mark “Not Including Low-Voltage Ride Through Test ”
