To those related companies, 

New version energy conservation certification requirements on Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) has been released

The details of new standard as follows,

1.  Certification of above-mentioned products will be according new standard since April 1^st, 2011.

2.  For certificate holders who hold old version certificates should submit the changing application since April. 1^st, 2011, and providing the original test report for confirmation by CQC at the same time. Normally, it is unnecessary to send testing samples, if the products meeting new standards in the original test report, and we will issue the new version certificate directly, the valid same with the original one. For the products which do not meeting new standards in the original test report should send the samples, and the valid of certificate extends to 3 years based on the original issue date. The old certificates changing should be completed by Nov. 30^th, 2011. If the certificates were not transferred on time, they would be postponed. If they failed to be replaced, they would be withdrawn by March 1^st, 2012.

3.  Generally, for changing application occurred during the replacement will adopt new standards.

4.  For the application accepted before April 1^st, 2011 and tested by the old version standards, it can be issued directly if the results meeting new version. It is still issued by old version if the testing results do not meeting new standards, and the valid is Nov. 30^th, 2011.Then,it will reissued after enterprises have complete test by new standards, and the valid of certificate extends to 3 years based on the original issue date.
